With the time we got a significant amount of loyal guests that started booking directly, plus the different channels where we advertise (internet resources, signs on each property under our management and signs through the village), as well as walking in guests looking for a room. We started to offer to other owners of properties a booking service with a certain commission and offering our paid services (breakfast, parking and increasing bar and restaurant’s sales).

Boho was the first property which we got with the help of foreign investors. They recognized our work and values and they decided to be part of it. The house was previously abandoned for 40 years and we sure did have to make a complete remodeling. Boho is made to be a 14 rooms passion but at the moment it has 9 rooms and we are waiting for the governments approval to build one more floor with additional 5 rooms.

In year 2017 we renovated this house that is owned by a woman who could not finish her house by herself, so she really needed some help. Adriatica inspired us to make thematic rooms, so there we have a Japanese room, Arabic styled room and the room that makes you feel like you just entered a tent in Africa. We found the importance of using natural materials and in making our own furniture. This is also when “Handmade By Pinch” was born.

The guesthouse will provide guests with air-conditioned rooms with a desk, an electric tea pot, a safety deposit box, a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with a shower. The room contain a kitchen with a dishwasher, a fridge and a minibar. At Guest House Adriatica by Pinch rooms include bed linen and towels.

Our best designed property until now. Here we used all the knowledge we got through the years. The rooms are made to be very practical and easy to maintain. A guest inside of these rooms can find all the details he might need. With the total of 10units, we are proud to manage this property also with the investor who is out from Croatia. The step forward which we made while taking over this property was that we formed our own team who is doing a complete renovation process so that we almost used no outside companies except in situations where it was inevitable. This team is planned to take us through all our future constructions.

This house was chosen by our cat. Thats why it has her name. At the beggining we imagined this property as a hostel because we found that there are a lot of young people travelling through our area and looking for something more economic. Some of them stayed with us longer and they offered their help so we had very interesting place which was made by people from whole the world. Once the pandemic happened, it kind of changed our plans. So we had to redo the whole concept and design separated rooms. It actually turned out to be a great idea as the property is much better utilized and now it is a central place where we welcome our guests at the reception.
MULBERRY STONE HOUSE

Our first huge achievement happened when we took over this small pearl. House that is more than 200 years old, entirely made of huge stones, was completely abandoned. It had an enormous work to be done but we enjoyed every moment of it. We created a whole new look of a delux suite and a small room with an adorable terrace.

At the guesthouse, every room comes with a balcony with a garden view. Complete with a private bathroom equipped with a shower and a hairdryer, the rooms at Mulberry Stone House by Pinch have a flat-screen TV and air conditioning, and certain rooms come with a seating area. At the accommodation rooms have bed linen and towels.

This property is the one that actually made us fall in love with renovating old houses and giving them new life. With only two rooms made for the guests, this is the place where we welcomed our first tourists. They are the ones who gave us such a possitive feedback on the way we were doing our job so that we really enjoyed and started thinking something new. We offered them delicious coffee and local breakfast and we got their hearts. Some of the guests who visited Mediterranea the first year (2016) continue to visit us every year.
ASSERIA
Our family house is almost 100 years old, a bit renovated by grandparents and now it is lovely combination of old and modern. Furniture is hand made with modern touch and old details. It is only 300m away from the main beach and centre of Pakostane. During the summer time we have downstairs small restaurant and bar where you can have homemade dishes using the best local products and amazing exotic cocktails. In the winter we can enjoy together near the fire.
