U.O. Pinch is a private family company based in Pakostane (Croatia), where it performs its main activities. Pinch was founded by Daniel Nunez in 2016. The main business focus is to cover the needs of customers in the tourism sector (lodgement, restaurant, bars, recreational activities). Thanks to its successful business model, Pinch started to attract the attention of private investors, who provided funds and facilitated properties for further development in the local tourism sector. Daniel Nunez
Daniel graduated in navigation and power vessels at the University of Sevastopol. He started focusing on F&B after university by attaining a diploma in restaurant management in Moscow and qualifying in the general manager course at Ping Pong restaurants in 2013. Daniel began his career in Ukraine. Moving to Moscow and working in well-renounced bars and restaurants, his career took him to Bahrain, UAE, Sao Paolo, Panama, Croatia, and Germany. His past projects include Khalila, Zeppelin Nightclub, Movie Nightclub, Bennigan’s and Ping Pong Restaurant.
Milka Maksan
Milka is one of the founders of Pinch Group. She was born and studied in Montenegro from where she moved with Daniel to Bahrain and later to Russia. Working as woman in tough Middle East market made her grow fast professionally as marketing specialist. Now she gets to use that life experience directly “on the field” by providing good foundation inside the organization for new stars to grow. She is always learning from the best, constantly improving the knowledge and possibilities of the whole team.
Julio Martinez
Julio is an artistic soul, born and raised in El Salvador. His whole life of crazy and interesting travels in more than 30 different countries actually took him to his first visit to Pinch property as a guest! This is where he fell in love with Mediterranean way of life. And he decides to stay and make Pakoštane his home. By missing his own culture and people, he decides to design and open a new restaurant Tapas Maya, as a fussion between his home food and local Croatian products. Now Julio is the main responsible for design and art of all places under Pinch, while being the main pupusa maker during the summer season.
Rebeca Bonilla
Rebeca was born and lived her whole life in El Salvador. She developed her career as hospitality specialist and tourist guide in her country. She joined the team in 2021, and this big change happened only because she is very adaptable to the new situations in life. And great things happen to those who are not afraid of change and believe in themselves. Now Rebeca is taking care of the reservations and hospitality department so this is probably one of the first smiling faces that is going to expect you if you visit us. The thing that is motivating her the most is working with the group of people with great attitude.
